Transistor–transistor logic (TTL) is a class of digital circuits built from bipolar junction transistors (BJT) and resistors. It is called transistor–transistor logic because both the logic gating function and the amplifying function are performed by transistors (contrast with RTL and DTL). TTL is notable for being a widespread integrated circuit (IC) family used in many applications such as computers, industrial controls, test equipment and instrumentation, consumer electronics, synthesizers etc. The designation TTL is sometimes used to mean TTL-compatible logic levels, even when not associated directly with TTL integrated circuits, for example as a label on the inputs and outputs of electronic instruments. Successors to the original bipolar TTL logic often are interchangeable in function with the original circuits, but with improved speed or lower power dissipation.

Any project, whatever technology is developed, has the same basic internal structure: a strong light source (lamp), an electronic video signal processing (PC, DVD etc.) and an optical system of projection. Increasing maritime traffic in recent years has led to an increase in maritime accidents, especially ships collisions, some of which reported casualties between crew members.
This paper presents the methods and possibilities of storage, retrieval and processing information, format and amount of data stored and the mechanisms for their discharge within a VDR system.
In the theoretical study of storage information methods there were types of VDR systems compared by their compatibility of different storage data. This systems can be useful for investigators when they manage a maritime accident on board ships.

PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF CAR FIRES HRR IN COMPUTER SIMULATION PURPOSE
The article presents the work of the authors concerning establishing the HRR (heat release rate) for modern cars considering the new materials used to build them. In order to do this, large scale test were studied involving small and middle size cars, in purpose to measure the burning time and determine HRR (heat release rate) using the oxygen calorimetric method. The results obtained are compared with some others similar results and become very important for knowledge and for establishing protection measures especially for close and semi-closed spaces crossed by cars.

In a PCM stream, the amplitude of the analogy signal is sampled regularly at uniform intervals, and each sample is quantized to the nearest value within a range of digital steps. A PCM stream has two basic properties that determine the stream’s fidelity to the original analogy signal: the sampling rate, which is the number of times per second that samples are taken; and the bit depth, which determines the number of possible digital values that can be used to represent each sample.

When it reaches its destination, the information signal is extracted from the modulated carrier by demodulation. In amplitude modulation, the amplitude or „strength” of the carrier oscillations is what is varied. For example, in AM radio communication, a continuous wave radio-frequency signal (a sinusoidal carrier wave) has its amplitude modulated by an audio waveform before transmission.

The present paper realizes an experimental research and comparative study of the results obtained from practical measurements with regard to acceleration, deceleration, stopping distance and dynamic behaviour, in various road conditions and surfaces, with all-terrain vehicle of the type ATV 500 CF Moto during the braking process when starting at various initial speeds. It is evaluated the stopping distance measured from the initial reference point and also the dynamic behaviour of the ATV CF-Moto 500 during the acceleration/deceleration process in the case of traction force at the rear end vehicle hook due to the 750 kg trailer. The need of studying this force is in that vehicle dynamic loading during some driving manoeuvres of braking and taking off, respectively a various situations during normal riding.

Nowadays, many tunnels are built below underground water level. This means that, in case of a fire or oil spill there is a risk of environmental contamination of ground water supplies or sensitive recipients.
This paper purpose is to analyse the environmental consequences of a tunnel fire or an oil spill inside the tunnel.
There are presented from the beginning study of existing technologies.
Also, the paper focus on the new technologies for on-site collection and treatment of water, not to minimize the importance of in-situ treatments both prior to and after an incident, those being sustained by new mobile technologies for effective treatment.

Although the level of specialized equipment meant to help people with disabilities is limited, inclining towards insufficiency, with the help of the present research paper’s contribution, as well as that of other research papers or projects focused on the same subject, we hope that this situation will improve in the not so distant future (near future). It was made a questionnaire for people with disabilities to understand their need.

Der stetig wachsende Straßenverkehr muss unter befriedigende Bedingungen der Geschwindigkeit, der Sicherheit und der Bequemlichkeit erfolgen. Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit eine Möglichkeit dem Verlauf einen erhöhten Verkehr zu durchführen können.
Es wird die Intensität des Straßenverkehrs abhängig von dem Abstand zwischen den Fahrzeugen analysiert. Dann werden erwähnt die Faktoren die zur Verringerung der Intensität des Straßenverkehres führen.
Am Ende der Arbeit wird eine Übergangslösung vorgeschlagen bis zur Vollendung des Autobahnnetzes des Landes. Diese besteht aus einem zusätzlichen Vrekehrsband mit eine Länge von 1000-1500 m wiederholt für alle 6 bis 10 km Strecke, auf welche die langsamfahrende Fahrzeuge verplichtetet sind zu verkehren. So die zusammengedrängte Fahrzeuge hinter einem oder mehrere langsam fahrenden können diese überholen und der Verkehr wird erhöht werden.

PROTOCOL NETCONF, A NEW SOLUTION
NETWORK MANAGEMENT
NETCONF (the Network Configuration Protocol) is an emerging technology for the network management, which was conceived to respond to the challenges of the next generation networks. NETCONF is still with a limited deployment, but it is a Network management protocol with a promising capabilities. It can keep pace with Network management requirements and especially configuration management of network devices. In this article we highlight the NETCONF protocol, as a real replacement of the traditional network management protocols such as SNMP (Simple network management protocol). This paper presents an analysis of the NETCONF protocol session with practical examples, the NETCONF layered structure. In particular we analysed NETCONF protocol operations in details.

CONSIDERATIONS ON THE DYNAMIC STRUCTURAL DESIGN FOR A SMALL POWER VERTICAL AXIS WIND TURBINE
The paper presents the main aspects regarding the dynamic structural design for a small power vertical axis wind turbine. The research is applied to a 3-bladed, Darrieus type, small power, vertical axis wind turbine installed on a self-standing pole. First the main sources for the dynamic forces acting on the structure are described. Then a complete investigation on the turbine structural response is done, performing a modal analysis applied to the single rotor, considering several rotational speeds. Next, taking into consideration a building integrated wind turbine, the system composed by the turbine rotor and the mast is investigated. Finally, a thorough discussion of the main implementation problems and design alternatives is presented for a building integrated wind turbine.

Power quality problems can cause processes and equipment to malfunction or shut down. And the consequences can range from excessive energy costs to complete work stoppage. Obviously, power quality is critical. There are many ways in which a power feed can be poor quality, and so no single figure can completely quantify the quality of a power feed. In this paper we are going to present all definitions, classifications and problems related to power quality. Finally, we have done comparison between the practical measurements and standards related to power quality.
