THE COMPARISON OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED WITH THE
PROGRAMME SVEFGF, CONCEIVED ON THE BASE OF
STANDARDIZED CALCULATING PROCEDURES, WITH THE
RESULTS DEDUCTED THROUGH THE NUMERICAL
SIMULATION WITH THE FDS PROGRAMME FOR A
DEPRESSURIZATION OF AN ATRIUM IN CASE OF A FIRE
This paper proposes the application of the SVEFGH programmed,
conceived on the base of standardized calculating procedures (CEN/TR 12101-
5:2007), for the depressurization of an atrium with open floors towards this from an
arson building and comparing the results with those obtained with the FDS (Fire
Dynamics Simulator) programmed in view of checking and visualizing the obtained
results, or even the adoption of optimal solutions in the case of some divergences.
