STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION
IN THE FIELD OF STANDARDIZATION
With all that standardizing is a key proponent of open markets, free
trade and global interoperability, the benefits of standardization are not well
enough known to the interested parties (companies, public authorities,
consumers), mainly due to the fact that standardisation is not sufficiently
integrated in the educational programs. The paper analyses the strategic
importance of education in the field of standardization, which proposed
measures accordingly.
