USING POTENTIAL ENERGY OF THE WATER – Part II
Renewable energy and energy efficiency of the industrial systems are
two main objectives that lead to improve security of supply and to reduce the
primary energy consumption.
The technical committees are structured on the technical
standardization profile, regarding security requirements, measurement
techniques, attempts to reception and automation systems (based on a uniform
terminology) to obtain electricity using the energy of water in the hydraulic
turbine and the energy of the tidal and the waves.
The Energy management and the energy strategy improve energy
efficiency and reduce energy consumption. This paper presents European and
International standardization activity regarding these fields.
