THE STUDY OF STRESS AND STRAIN OCCURRING IN
SMALL BEARING WHEELS DURING THE CONTACT
BETWEEN THE HEAD PULLEYS AND GENERATING THE
ANGLE OF IMPACT IS BETWEEN 0° ÷ 60°
The paper presents comparative way using numerical techniques for
modeling dynamic physical phenomena occurring at impact between two rolls
with a diameter of 16 mm in several distinct situations to clash head –
generating at an angle to an angle between 0° ÷ 60°. Analyzed situations occur
frequently in the manufacturing of cylindrical rollers that equip small radial
bearings.
