DESIGNING A FRUITS AND VEGETABLES JUICE FACTORY
The paper presents the importance of apples, carrots, beetroot and
benefits that they have on the human body and treatment for which diseases
are indicated to be used. It also shows the technology of obtaining fruit and
vegetable juice, with flow diagram indicating operations performed in order to
obtain the finished product.
And finally the conclusions drawn are stated.
