THE FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE SOUND ABSORPTION COEFFICIENT OF MATERIALS
Starting from the premise that the sound absorbing materials are used in almost all domains of activity, we analysed the factors that influence the properties of sound absorbing materials: density, porosity, resistance to airflow, tortuosity, thickness and the placement of material.
