IMPROVING THE LIFECYCLE OF THE PRODUCT BY USING CREATIVITY MANAGEMENT
The aim of the paper is to propose a new model for the Product Lifecycle Management in industrial organizations, where creativity is used more efficiently than in classic models of this strategic tool. After the study of specialty literature, we introduced a new theoretical model of the concept under consideration. To support it, we added the elements proposed by a sample of creativity management experts from the Romanian industry to be implemented in organizations.
