THE ELECTRIC FIELD STRENGTH AND DISCHARGE
VOLTAGE BETWEEN THE ELECTRODES OF INDUSTRIAL
PLATE-TYPE ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
This paper presents an analysis on discharge wires and collecting plates
used at industrial plate-type electrostatic precipitators. Electric field strength is
presented (maximum and mean value) and discharge voltage, that voltage
depends on the gas properties and the product between the pressure and
distance.
