IMPROVING LOGISTICS SYSTEM IN AN
ORGANIZATION TYPE SMALL BUSINESS
The paper analyses the logistics system in an organization producing
metallic products used in automotive industrial and proposes a solution to
improve the supply and shipping services, and one related to production
optimization.
