TEACHING STRATEGIES – FORMATIVE ASPECTS IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING-LEARNING
It is obvious the central role of didactic strategies in the teaching process, but their choice and use in an educational approach is directly and strictly influenced by the teacher’s vision, his personality, his ability to select, adapt and apply those strategies which targets the maximum potential for success of educational action. The didactic strategy involves establishing a bridge between the teaching process and learning process. Their efficiency is ensured when calling for the ability to actively and creatively to use information, skills and abilities.
