RECYCLING INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER WITH HEAVY
METAL CONTAIN BY ION EXCHANGE
Removing heavy metal ions from industrial wastewater by ion
exchange is based on the properties of the ion – cationic exchanger to change
their own captions with those from the wastewater. The purification technology
by ion exchange consists of replacing the polluting ion from the used water with
another ion, which is much less polluted, or which results in obtaining an
insoluble chemical compound or one that is easier to remove. The ion
exchange between the zeolite and the heavy metal ions is a type of adsorption
-chemical reaction – denuding, and the transfer through the zeolite pores
determines the process. The process is favorite by temperature increase, by pH
increase of the solution from the wastewater, the heavy metal ion concentration
increase of the initial solution, the quantitative increase of the volcanic tuff.

Reuse of PET waste will result in prevention and environmental
protection involves use of these recycled materials subtantiale energy savings
compared to using raw materials. Making parts of recycled PET reinforced with
powders and/or metal fibers are required due to mainly support the benefits
conferred by the presence of recycled polymeric material which is lighter than
metals, which leads to increased operational efficiency.

MODELING PLATES WITH SHOT PEENING
This paper presents the new method for modeling the plates, by using
the shot peening. Shot peen modeling is a partially effective forming process
derived from the shot peening surface treatment. During impact of the shot, a
certain amount of its kinetic energy is transformed into plastification of the
component. When shot velocity is fairly low only a thin layer of the component’s
material is elongated resulting in a convex curvature. If shot velocity is
increased, concave curvatures are produced.

MAKING MATERIALS WITH SHAPE MEMORY
Alloys Cu – Zn – Al with shape memory are part of special class of
suitable material, as they can transform heat directly into mechanical work. The
known shape memory alloys, used alloys with the Cu presents some
advantages such as lower cost price, compared with other alloy for example,
high values of shape memory characteristics and capacity of this effect memory
to form after a relatively short period of education. Shape memory alloys are
characterized by a mechanical memory, memory that is due to thermoelastic
behavior.
