CONSIDERATIONS ON MODALITIES HOW MUNICIPAL WASTE ENERGY CAPITALIZING IN COUNTY SATU MARE
This paper proposes a method of critical analysis of methods of municipal waste energy recovery, with emphasis on the fraction that can not be integrated into traditional recycling streams. We refer to this category of waste, which includes a degraded state, plastic, paper, wood and textiles that can not be recycled, recovered through existing pathways. Among the main objectives of this work are: waste structure analysis at regional warehouse Doba and their potential exploited; Determination of the energy potential of partially dried; Analysis on the processes of energy capitalizing from municipal waste

METHOD OF ANALYSIS ONLINE MESSAGING PLATFORMS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY
This paper is based on the fact that online messages are a reality that must be taken into consideration in the traditional manufacturing process, including castings. Since circular economy principles are known for a long time in the mentioned area, this paper intends to analyse the entrepreneurial platforms in terms of sustainable development among the actors of these specific activities. The rationale of this scientific approach is given by the possibility of building a working instrument used in setting entrepreneurial platforms from the point of view of validating actions of eco-responsibilities in the field of castings from the perspective of circular economy.

STRESS ANALYSIS OF CASTING IN A PART NETWORK TYPE CONTRACTION

 

This paper presents a study on how the occurrence and distribution of tensions casting a piece of „network contraction” or „yoke of contraction”. It makes a comparative analysis of the results provided by the aluminium alloy solidification simulation EN AC-Al Si7Mg0,3 cast in the mould of the classic mix of training and experimental results obtained by casting the play of the same alloy and in the same conditions and by cutting its determination tensions.

COMPUTATION ANALYSIS OF MECHANICAL STRESS
IN A ALUMINUM ALLOY CASTINGS
This paper presents a theoretical mechanism for the formation of mechanical stresses in aluminium alloy castings EN AC-Al Si7Mg0,3 and the computational analysis of residual mechanical stresses in case of cylindrical parts, moulded from a mixture of green sand and of cast iron.
We present a comparison of the values mechanical residual stresses obtained by free and braked shrinkage for this alloy casting.

25-79 STUDII ASUPRA SOLIDIFICĂRII INTERSECȚIILOR ÎN FORMĂ DE T, A PEREȚILOR PIESELOR TURNATE

SOLIDIFICATION STUDIES T JUNCTIONS, WALLS CASTINGS
This paper aims to make a numerical and experimental analysis of the
succession of solidification zones of T-shaped intersection walls of cast
aluminium alloys. The idea of this study started with the observation that these
areas solidification thru dedicated method of cooling modules analysis does not
fully correspond to numerical analysis using a simulation solidification program.
By using the simulation software NovaCast it was studied the succession of
solidification process of T – shaped intersection of the walls of aluminium alloy
castings En AC-Al Si7Mg0,3 in several versions of ratio between the two
intersecting walls. Subsequently were made casts of this form examining their
solidification by determining the compactness of intersection and surrounding
areas. In interpreting the results obtained it can be concluded that the T-shaped
intersection of two walls, in most cases, doesn’t act as a heat node, as it would
be presumed at first glance.
