ENERGY EFFICIENCY, DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION –
UNCONDITIONAL AND BROTHERLY HELP FROM ROMANIA
The increase in the cost of energy resources, the advanced
depreciation of the buildings, the degradation of the environmental quality and
the Moldova’s total dependence on the external energy markets, are essentially
the key arguments which require the promotion of some consistent national
policies in the field of energy efficiency in all spheres of human activity. In this
context one area over which it can act with certainty is the field of buildings. In
this paper we try to highlight the contributions of Romanians citizens through
the Romanian Government to the development of education and increasing the
energy efficiency in buildings preschool, and directly the development of the
other bank of the Prut – Republic of Moldova.

THE CURRENT STATE IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY
EFFICIENCY IN THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA
The increase in the cost of energy resources, the advanced
depreciation of the buildings, the degradation of the environmental quality and
the Moldova’s total dependence on the external energy markets, are essentially

analysis of housing in Moldova built at different stages under different
architectural and structural solutions, the evolution of energy usage and energy
resources for various sectors of the national economy, as well as the objectives
put forward by the national strategies and programs for energy efficiency are
presented in the paper.

The paper includes the results of a theoretical study, achieved by
comparing media selection method, using dispersion analysis, in which we
chose emphasizing the input factors influenced, to achieve separation of
mechanical particles of ventilation air by electrical methods, and the
establishment of a mathematical model that would adequately describe the
process of separation studied.
