ACCELERATED OF THE COUNTRY
Extend and update, for tens of countries, aspects and data to the effect that, at present, a country is prosperous only if it has and leverages intensively great wealth natural and/or creates and leverages-intensive goods with high international competitiveness and to be based on its own technical solutions, original and protected by international patent the invention.
Although it has a high potential invention, Romania is for decades to the last place between current EU countries by the number of inventions international, reported to the number of inhabitants. As compared to previous periods, in the last year with data known, the situation this number has improved relative to U.S. patents, but it has been damaged and more for European patents.
They shall examine the subject in the general development of the country, indicating for the first time and the need for improving territorial division and to increase the number of advisers in industrial property, authorized for patent field of invention.
