G-CODE PROGRAMMING FOR 3D

COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN

 

The present work, describe a G-Code programming for a 3D Computer Aided Design. The main program contains four sets of programs, written in chronological order, needed of piece processing operations. The case study proposes in this paper show that through a dedicated software ArtCAM package, we can wood surface from 2D to 3D. G-Code Program contains all operations to engraving by milling the selected text wooden on the plate.

RESEARCH ON THE REHABILITATION OF PARTS
HARD SURFACING
The article presents a commonly used method for rehabilitation of parts
by welding load. The quality of rehabilitation is assessed by a set of
characteristics that give the reconditioned piece, the ability to meet the
necessary requirements, operating under normal conditions. Welding
instructions through material loading, are applied to the achievement of Francis
rotors type, on two components 1.4317 (GX4CrNi13-4)/SR EN 10213-2 cast
steel. These steels are ideal in terms of use conditions, where wear resistance
is really important, such as on hydraulic turbine components.

DESIGN OF AN OFF-GRID PV SYSTEM WITH A
DEDICATED SOFTWARE
This work aims to design and simulate, using a dedicated software,
Sunny Design Web, an open source application provided by SMA SOLAR
TECHNOLOGY, an off-grid photovoltaic system meant to ensure an
independent, smart and comfortable energy supply with solar power for private
households. Using this application, the designing process of PV systems has
become more simple and accessible for non-specialist in the field too, opening
on this the path to produce clean energy and provide energy independence for
many private households.

CALCULATION OF NATURAL FREQUENCY OF A CUBE
USING THE „FREQUENCY” TYPE STUDY
This paper presents the work with SolidWorks software regarding the
Simulation module respectively the „Frequency” type study. This type of study will
highlight the calculation and results for the natural frequency of vibration modes for
a cube with the side of 50 mm. To see how the natural frequency values can be
change, different geometries of the same designed 3D cube will be make.

28-60 CERCETĂRI PRIVIND CALITATEA ÎMBINĂRILOR SUDATE DIN OȚEL TERMOREZISTENT

RESEARCH OF WELDED JOINTS HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL
Alloy and not alloy steels, with specified elevated temperature shall be prepared in accordance with SR EN 10216 – 2 + A2 – 2008 Standard. Structural examinations and mechanical tests performed on weld heat-resistant steels have shown the possibility of establishing, with some degree of certainty, the correlations between the type of microstructure and mechanical characteristics.
Solid solution hardening due to the presence of dislocations, the precipitating and foreign atoms from the network, represent a very important element to be taken into account in determining the structural and mechanical properties of heat-resistant alloy and not alloy steels wieldable.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN OF OPTIMUM PHOTOVOLTAIC
SYSTEM COUPLED TO THE NETWORK WITH
A DEDICATED SOFTWARE
In article, it will design and simulate using Sunny Design dedicated
software, version 2.30.0, a photovoltaic system connected directly to the
network, for a villa located in Reşiţa, Caraş-Severin region, Romania.
In the first variant we find that 38.3 % of the electricity produced by the
solar panels is required of the users of the villa, the remaining 61.7 % can be
offered for sale. The second variant, we find that 26.4 % of the electricity
produced by the solar panels is required of the users of the considered case,
the remaining 73.6 % can be given for sale. It appears that option 2 is the
optimum solution.

The article presents the general notions and algorithm about the
Gauss-Jordan method. An eloquent example is given and the Turbo C program
illustrated this method. We conclude that we can obtain by this method the
determinant, by simple calculations and reducing the rounding errors
