RESEARCH ON SOLID POLYMER ELECTROLYTE
ELECTROLYSER OF THE FUEL CELL
This study analyzes the solid polymer electrolyte electrolyser of the
fuel cell, the theoretical model description and efficiency of the SPE fuel cell
water electrolysis and theoretical aspect of the Butler-Volmer equation. The
model description is used to understand the effects of the parameters on SPE
fuel cell water electrolysis. Recent studies have demonstrated the importance
of the current exchange at the anode chambers and the phenomena at the
anode membrane interface, which is the key point of the entire efficiency of
water electrolysis.

HIDROTHERMAL CARBONIZATION – A NEW METHOD
FOR WASTE WATER TREATEMENT PLANTS
SLUDGE EXPLOATATION
Sludge management is costly and energy consuming. In this paper it
is discussed the possibility of producing two types of fuels from the excess
sludge. One possibility is to transform it into bio ethanol from sludge and the
other is to use hydrothermal carbonization in order to produce a bio-coal.
Hydrothermal carbonization is a new technology that can use humid waste and
transform it into bio coal. It has low greenhouse gases emission because
almost the entire carbon is kept in the biomass.
