NC MACHINE TOOLS OPERATION.

PROGRAMMING ERROR

 

This paper appeared as a necessity, so should students who want to learn how to operate the CNC lathe and CNC milling machine. Training is performed using a program „Soft Swan” (a trial version), which we call simulator. Simulator has an interface composed of elements compatible Windows and virtual image of the machine (lathe or milling machine). The paper presents two common errors due haste, inattention and \ or inexperience.

technical field.

MACHINING COMPLEX CURVED SURFACES, USING SPHERICAL HEAD MILLS
The complexity of a piece configuration is determined by its functional role, mechanical loading system, operating conditions. Surfaces defining a piece in space can be expressed by means of parametric equations. A surface profile can be completely defined if that surface intersects two planes perpendicular to each other. Surface intersection curves resulting data with those plans have as expressions, analytical equations. Machining end mills with spherical head is a very complex process, due primarily blade arrangement on a spherical surface. The solution for successful machining of complex curved surfaces is to use mills with spherical head.

This becomes evident and is especially beneficial in Romania, where the production of machine tools is quasi nonexistent.

structures, through the XX-th century until present. The paper work contains
also information concerning high technologies. After apparition of CNC
machine-tools evolutions was in principal marked by the acceleration of IT,
manufacture-ring centers, cluster technologies, DNC systems, sensors,
geometrical modeling techniques, graphical data processing, simulating
proceses, CAD/CAM systems, diagnosis techniques, high programming
languages and artificial inteligence.

This paper is intended to issue a brief overview of methods used to
design structured logic functions/adjustment and control strategy. Idea as a
whole system approach, involving the design and optimization rather than a
sequence of incremental steps. Optimizing functional fluidic systems involves
building a mathematical model, analysis of physical phenomena associated.
Other approaches in research aimed mechatronic systems design techniques
that parts of the system are real; some are virtual so that the test pro-cedures
and data validation can be performed as in reality. The user is thus familiar with
the operation and structure of an industrial system, programming language
functioning using technology and specific real industrial environment, without
risk of damaging the plant (to make the process as simulated in the laboratory).
