DEVELOPING OF THE HIGH-STRENGTH
LOW-ALLOY STEEL (HSLA)
In present high-strength low-alloy steels have gained a significant
position in the engineering arena and began the most important ferrous alloy

steels usually require a greater complexity to the design and steel processing to
