THE IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY PLANS IN
CONSTRUCTION. A LOOK FROM PRACTICE AUDIT
QUALITY AND EXPERTISE
This paper analyses similarities and differences between the two
methods of evaluation, audit quality and technical expertise. Then, based on
these findings and experience gained in the two fields, formulate conclusions
and proposals to prevent situations where litigation is reached. Prevention
consists in the application of quality plans and external audits in the field of
constructions, so that wastage of public money can be avoided.
