ACHIEVING DURATION BY OPTIMIZING THE
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE
The company management can be considered a multidisciplinary
discipline. This results from the fact that, being a complex discipline, in order to
solve the problems of this area, specialists need both knowledge of the
mathematical, statistical, legal, psychological and social. In order for the
investing activities to be conducted under conditions of maximum efficiency, all
factors which contribute to its realization, must take responsibility for conducting
the activities on schedule. Delivering the construction on due term should be a
basic requirement in the good development of the investment program. During
the course of a project, there will always appear different problems to be
solved. Finding a solution and its implementation will require a longer or a
shorter period of time, depending on the solutions to be adopted and the
possibility of implementing the solution found.
