STUDY ON IMPROVING THE ACTIVITY OF

A RESEARCH CENTRE

 

The study started from anticipating and identifying changes related to the research center, defining strategic objectives and building both imaging research center, its work and relations with partners/ customers. The novelty developed in this study is to address three successive analytical methods and the use of two software MACTOR (Méthode ACTeurs, Objectifs, Rapports de force) and Micmac.
