PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF SOIL FROM
AROUND THE RADEȘ DUMP/ALBA COUNTY
Mining activity carried out in the past has led over time to the pollution of large tracts of land to impaired quality of the environment and human health. This paper presents physical-chemical soil around the mine Rades in choosing the most appropriate technology to remedy it. The results showed that the soil in the study area is well and poorly structured, humidity is higher upstream landfill (35.13 %) and lower downstream from it (16.36 %.) And soil pH is acidic to slightly acid values falling in the range of 4.8-6 pH units.
