Carol Ludovic Lupșiasca, remarkable personality, had an important contribution in the cultural life of the city Reșiţa. Author of many Francis hydraulic turbine projects, techno-scientific and history of Banat industry works, active violonist, hiking and photography lover, has contributed to the revitalization of German culture in Banat.
