On pressente une solution pour moderniser une installation d’essai des
produits en caoutchouc [8], [9].La modernisation réside essentiellement dans le
remplacement des traducteurs de force de type inductif par des cellules de
traction plus précise (cellules dynamométriques), qui offre la possibilité d’avoir
une précision plus élevée du mesurage, de renoncer aux solutions mécaniques
pour mettre en évidence la déformation de la pièce et de les remplacer avec
des règles optiques, plus précises et plus facile d’intégrer dans un système
automatisé

In the period 2011-2014 was developed the cross-border project RO-BG MIS ETC 166 ”Joint Risk Monitoring during Emergencies in the Danube Area Border ”.The objectives were:1. Conceiving and realization of photovoltaic system for anti-hail units power supply system.2. Conceiving and realization of automatic control system for the rockets launch ramp.3. Conceiving and realization the monitoring system of information necessary for the efficient operation of the equipment’s part of antihelix units. Some of the equipment will be taken in mass production by SC Electromecanica Ploiesti, authorized for the production of the assemblies to the national antihelix system.

20-13 UTILIZAREA ENERGIEI SOLARE ÎN REŢELELE ANTIGRINDINĂ

SOLAR ENERGY USE IN ANTIHAIL NETWORKS
This work paper shows a solution for the problem concerning the
power supply of low power consumers placed in isolated areas having no
access to electrical power network. The solution is based on a stand alone
photovoltaic system.
A microcontroller development system was conceived in order to
assure a high performance for the photovoltaic system. A system of this kind
assures an automatic orientation of a photovoltaic panel and also allows to plug
in as well as to unplug the consumers depending on both the priorities and the
energy we have at our disposal in the electric accumulators.

DECREASING THE INTERVENTION TIME IN THE ANTI- HAIL
SYSTEMS THROUGH DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM
This paper deals with the design of a system for decisional support
dedicated to an anti-hail system. It is proposed a specific system for Romania
anti-hail network, which completes the existing systems with specific
information in order to identify the best solutions for both coordination and
launch. The main methods of combating hail are related to the seeding clouds
with rockets, artillery and aircraft, the use of canon shock wave, ground particle
generators and anti-hail nets. The system comprises two main components: a
subsystem of launch decision and a subsystem for assisting the launch
decision. In order to achieve this system, the following important issues are
considered: the use of communication via GPRS, monitoring the parameters
throughout all period of operating, log-values, status and alarms, operator
actions logs, friendly graphical interface and the generation of tabular and
graphical reports for any period. The system enables: an increased efficiency
by shortening the time for action, a good organization and a high degree of
security.

ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR UTILISATION IN HYBRID AND
ELECTRICAL VEHICLES
The performance and fuel economy of a fuel cell powered vehicle [1]
are greatly improved by the use of a hybrid drive train. The hybridization allows
taking full advantage of the fuel cell system efficiency characteristics.
The fuel cell is thus operated at average power demands where it is
the most efficient, while the batteries supply the traction motors at low power
demands and assists the fuel cell at high power demands.
One investigates the possible fuel cell hybrid drive trains and
compares on the grounds of fuel economy and feasibility. Then, based on the
conclusions of this first analysis, a discussion of the most suitable electric
motors will follow.
Then it is presented a solution based on the asynchronous motor,
highlighting it’s advatages over other types of drives.
The Induction Motor (IM) is, without any doubt, the workhorse in
industry due to its ruggedness, simple technology and low cost. During the last
decade, the induction motor has been replaced in many variable speed drives
by the Permanent Magnet (PM) motor since the PM machine has better
efficiency and higher torque density [2]. That was possible also due to a
significant reduction of the magnets cost that happened in the past.
The goal of the paper is to investigate the possibility to use the FVC(Flux
Vector Control) for induction motors in traction applications.
