PREDICTIVE STUDY OF MACHINE-TOOLS GEARS
This paper is designed to offer a better understanding of the need for
predictive maintenance for safe operation of machine-tools and minimizing idle
time and reducing repair costs. The ultimate goal of predictive maintenance is
the implementation of maintenance works „when appropriate” before the
equipment is damaged during the operation.
