This applied technical paper shows the strict procedures and specific operation in specialized laboratory for physical-chemical studies, in order to ensure a proper validation method and data quality checking. Specialized authorities on national and international levels are verifying and control the proper functionality of research certified laboratories. Also beneficiaries and consumers are interested in getting all the precise data in the physical-chemical measurements both in heavy and food industry. In this situation the present scientific article makes a presentation of operating methodology and specific aspects which define the work and quality checks in this field.
