These second papers try to describe the behaviour of permanent
magnets in front of the influence of different perturbation against them, and few
methods to limitate or eliminate their effect. We’ve talked about magnetic
stability and we tryed to plot the behaviour in time of permanent magnets for
different work temperature.

The present paper regards elements about safety management
system and maintenance in civil and military aeronautical field. All organization
must correlate the minimum risk with higher performance in their specific
activity.
Lucrarea de faţă analizează elementele ce privesc sistemul de
management al siguranței și întreținere în domeniul aeronautic civil şi militar. În
activitatea lor specifică, toate organizaţiile trebuie să coreleze un risc minim cu
performanţe superioare.
