34-57 SIMULAREA ATENUARII ZGOMOTULUI INDUSTRIAL PRIN PANOURI VEGETALE

SIMULATION OF INDUSTRIAL SOUND ABSORPTION THROUGH VEGETABLE PANELS
The paper contains the simulation for the study regarding the diminish and sound absorbtion into industrial hall. The indoor plants have the possibility to absorb, to reflect, and to diffract the sound waves. They are given into industrial hall, where is an industrial equipment that produses sound pollution in the strong way. In this situation it is necessary to establish what are the possibility to diminish this pollution, and we consider that it is possible using the plane formed with plants. They are the vegetable with the knowen sound characteristics as: sound absorbtion, and sound transmition. For this study was necessary to use the Matlab program packge in Simulink for the panel formed with bark or Ficus Benjamina tree (bush).

STUDY OF SOUND ABSORPTION BY INTERIOR PLANTS
The paper contains a proof study on the sound absorbtion by ornamental plants (indoor). They have considered a lot of plants: Buxus Sempervirens, Thuja Occidentalis, Ficus Benjamina, Spathiphyllum and Philodendron Scadens Spatiphyllum, for which we have been made on the sound absorption measurement and came to some remarkable conclusions concerning absorbed soundtrack by these plants. In this paper it proves why some plants have more pronounced sound absorption than other plants. Demonstration is made by microscopic study of the leaf planting.
