MATHEMATICAL MODELLING MEAN RESISTANCES TENSILE STEEL WELDED JOINTS BY RESISTANCE LOW ALLOY TENSILE BASIC MATERIALS
In the paper are elaborated the mathematical models of two types of low alloy steels used for the construction of fluids for the transport of fluids. The experimental study was conducted on two types of low alloyed steels: steel 13CrMo4-5 and 16Mo3. The correlation between the average tensile breaking strengths of the welded joints (untreated or heat treated by stress) by means of the processes 111, 141 and 511, as well as the breaking strength of the base materials (13CrMo4-5 and 16Mo3) according to the linear energy used for welding.

RESEARCH AND EXPERIMENTATION ON OPTMIZING REGIME FOR WELDING COMPONENTS WITH

The paper presents the calculation algorithm and the optimal solution calculated gradient method, an experimental program conducted on board the components of arc welding in the environment of protective gases. Welding regime parameters on variation conclusions have been drawn, then the gradient method was chosen optimum welding regime.

## 30-28 PROIECTAREA ASISTATĂ DE CALCULATOR ArtCAM A UNUI PROIECT 3D

3D ARTCAM COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
The present paper describes a 3D Computer Aided Design project in
ArtCAM Software. The article summarizes the steps that lead to final 3D design
project. In the first step, we create a new project related to size: 300 mm length
of 200 mm width and 30 mm thickness; after we choose the type of milling,
turning him and effective processing size desired by the designer. Once the text
form and processing technology selected, we can move to the second, very
important, step, dimension conversion from 2D to 3D. In the 3D dimension, we
will design the desired text only after we generate to the text of milling
simulation. If based on the simulation text processing gives satisfaction, the file
will be saved in the machine to machine depending on the characteristics of
supported extensions.

RESEARCH ON THE REHABILITATION OF PARTS
HARD SURFACING
The article presents a commonly used method for rehabilitation of parts
by welding load. The quality of rehabilitation is assessed by a set of
characteristics that give the reconditioned piece, the ability to meet the
necessary requirements, operating under normal conditions. Welding
rotors type, on two components 1.4317 (GX4CrNi13-4)/SR EN 10213-2 cast
is really important, such as on hydraulic turbine components.

STRAIN ENERGY IN A BUTTERFLY VALVE BIPLAN DISK
The papers present the strain energy that appears in a biplane disc of
the butterfly valve by using the numerical methods. Due to the eccentricities of
the biplane butterfly disc the obtained stresses and displacements are not
uniform in the whole structure of the disc. The study of the strain energy allows
us a qualitative evaluation of the energy distribution in the biplane disc when
external loads act on the upstream side of the disc.

RESEARCH OF WELDED JOINTS HEAT-RESISTANT STEEL
Alloy and not alloy steels, with specified elevated temperature shall be prepared in accordance with SR EN 10216 – 2 + A2 – 2008 Standard. Structural examinations and mechanical tests performed on weld heat-resistant steels have shown the possibility of establishing, with some degree of certainty, the correlations between the type of microstructure and mechanical characteristics.
Solid solution hardening due to the presence of dislocations, the precipitating and foreign atoms from the network, represent a very important element to be taken into account in determining the structural and mechanical properties of heat-resistant alloy and not alloy steels wieldable.

SYSTEM COUPLED TO THE NETWORK WITH
A DEDICATED SOFTWARE
In article, it will design and simulate using Sunny Design dedicated
software, version 2.30.0, a photovoltaic system connected directly to the
network, for a villa located in Reşiţa, Caraş-Severin region, Romania.
In the first variant we find that 38.3 % of the electricity produced by the
solar panels is required of the users of the villa, the remaining 61.7 % can be
offered for sale. The second variant, we find that 26.4 % of the electricity
produced by the solar panels is required of the users of the considered case,
the remaining 73.6 % can be given for sale. It appears that option 2 is the
optimum solution.

STUDY ON REPAIR BY WELDING MARTENSITIC STEEL
COMPONENTS OF HYDRAULIC TURBINES
CA-6NM cast parts are frequently used in the manufacture of rotors and
turbines guiding equipment. CA-6NM material behaves better at casting and
improved weld ability compared to the stainless steel CA-15. During the
production process, rotor blades or their repairs hydraulic power operation have
identified four situations. These four cases have resulted to the design of
different welding repair technologies that are intended to meet the specific
conditions of each case.
