RESEARCH REGARDING OBTAINING ZINC FERRITE IN NANOCRYSTALLINE/NANOMETRIC STATUS USING THE CERAMIC METHOD AND MECHANICAL MILLING (II)
This paper presents a research regarding the procedure of obtaining the zinc ferrite in nanocristalline/nanometer state throw the standard procedure as ceramic method and then applying the mechanical milling. As a start material we use zinc ferrite. We apply the ceramic method and then we mill the material in two types of environment (dry and with solution). For analysing the results we use SEM, DSC and X-ray diffraction. In the end we obtain zinc ferrite in nano crystalline and nonometer status.

This paper aims to extend the area of social responsibility by highlighting the importance of partnership between non-profits and social responsibility based companies to attract financing. Three aspects of companies’ wealth are proposed and analysed – the top 100 most important companies in Romania after turnover, which took place in social programs with partnership: the company’s strategy, code of ethics and performance indicators. Continuing the analysis of how CSR could influence the core business of the companies through efficiency and productivity gains.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONTEXT
OF INSTITUTIONAL ISOMORPHISM
Considering that social enterprises represent one of the possibilities to respond to growing social needs, this article will try to give a new definition to the concept. We will discuss the position of social enterprises starting from the theory of institutional isomorphism developed by DiMaggio and Powell in 1983 and from the concept of natural selection and survival of the fittest introduced by Darwin and used in modern economy. We will also define social enterprises in accordance to these constraints as being similar to traditional for-profit organizations in terms of form and function but with differences in mission and profit distribution.

EXCESSIVE DEFICIT PROCEDURE
IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
A balanced public financial system is the key to a flourishing country.
The following paper presents the Excessive Deficit Procedure initiated by
European Union bodies with the aim of correcting the non-compliance of
Member States in what concerns the thresholds regarding general budget
deficit and public debt. The first part of the paper offers a short analysis of the
general budget deficit in European Union while the second part focuses on
legal aspects of Excessive Deficit Procedure and its requirements. In the end,
the Excessive Deficit Procedure in Ireland, Great Britain and Greece is
described for a better understanding of the concept implementation and its
implications.
