RESEARCH AND REPORTING DEVELOPMENT OF FORMIC ACID EMISSIONS IN ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION MANAGEMENT AND LIFE HEALTH
The applied research work shows the significant aspects, instruments and technologies for analyze and reporting the formic acid emissions and few of the health effects. In the present paper are studied some aspects of a particular pollutant emission, namely the formic acid and its influence on environment. Formic acid is to be found in great amounts in the urban polluted environment, with exhaust gas emissions being considered the main source. The present paper underlines the importance of understanding each pollutant effect and multilevel correlations of influences. The aim of the study is to improve the life’s quality by developing and implementing control and reporting measures on air pollutants. This article presents the origins of formic acid in different areas. To have better air quality and more responsible people regarding the important measures that shall be taken for optimizing emission management, it is mandatory to show some reasonable arguments and methods regarding formic acid emissions control. It is very dangerous pollutant, because it has a great impact on health. The carcinogenic influence compared with other pollutants is amplified when is coupled with multiple components. The present study improves the knowledge in formic acid emissions management through technologies and impact on the environment. It is a global problem based on interdisciplinary instruments and technics.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO FUEL ECONOMY AND CARBON FOOT PRINT STUDY IN VARIOUS OPERATION CONDITIONS FOR A CITY COMPACT SIZE CAR WITH AT TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY FROM CLUJ-NAPOCA
Carbon footprint and automotive pollution are some important concerns in transportation field. Main objective of the present work is to propose, develop and implement the new complex method of computer aided measurement concerning carbon footprint in urban driving condition of a city car with instruments and equipment available at Technical University from Cluj-Napoca. Specific objectives consist in experimental research of fuel consumption and economy, determination of pollutant emissions from the motor vehicle and pointing out the method’s fundamentals at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. A new method of advanced technological research was developed during this study. The junction of computer aided processing and fuel/chemical efficiency evaluation is pointed out during the paper development. There were also highlighted the economy and carbon footprint trend lines in each particular context.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOME ADVANCED METHODS FOR ANALYZE AND REPORT OF THE CARBON OXIDE FOR AN OPTIMIZED MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH AND LIFE
The experimental research paper and development of the work shows the most important factors, methods and materials for the evaluation, analyze and presenting the carbon oxide emissions, concentrations and some of the potential effects. Thus in the present work are analyzed few aspects of a particular urban area that is studied with advanced methods regarding the carbon oxide emissions. This article presents the sources of carbon monoxide globally and particularly at county level, in Cluj. The best way is to eliminate the pollution completely, but this is to idealistic. So in order to improve the overall air quality and people awareness toward the important work that shall be done for optimizing modern life adapting health to the environment, present paper shows some aspects regarding CO emissions and concentrations. It is an important pollutant, so it has effects on health. The cumulative effect with other pollutants increases its negative influence, and requires compliance with established limits. The present research shows the importance of CO in pollution management through multiple effects on the living body. It is a public health problem worldwide that requires multidisciplinary solutions.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE RESEARCH OF THE RELATION BETWEEN AIR POLLUTION WITH NITRIC OXIDES AND THE IMPACT UPON ENVIRONMENT AND LIFE
The scientific paper presents the most significant aspects for monitoring the nitric oxides pollutant emissions and some of their environmental effects. In the present paper are pointed out some topics related nitric oxides, namely the NOx and its influence on human health. Nitric oxides are creating serious health problems for living beings, showing a risk factor of class A1 toxicity. Health problems affecting the respiratory tract, including both neck segment and lungs, are strongly based on pollution from high temperatures burning. Smoking is also the major risk factor for respiratory health problems and it is an important source of acid rains. Strategic sequences to define the multiple sources of air pollution by optimizing air structure conditions and diminishing the environmental exposure hazards are imposed to control the development of health problems. These articles present the actual data concerning nitric oxides and their influence. This pollutant gas compound is problematic due to the fact of its toxicity and contribution to particle matter formation. The risk effect combined with different contributing factors is increased when it is not alone. The present research improves the information regarding nitric oxide gas data monitor by instrumenting latest equipment in pollutant impact research. It must be a general preoccupation based on interdisciplinary studies.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO RESEARCH OF CO2 EMISSIONS IN ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION MANAGEMENT AND LIFE
The statistical research paper shows the important aspects, methods and instruments for reporting and analyzes the CO2 emissions and food related to health effects. In the present work there are studied few aspects of a particular green-house gas emissions, namely the carbon-dioxide and its relation with food and meat industry. CO2 is produced in great amounts in the combustion/oxidation processes and high polluted environment, with transport gas emissions being an important source, but also the livestock of animals kept for food. The present work outlines the importance of understanding this pollutant and its link with human food stock. The main objective of the study is to improve the life’s sustainability by comprehending and redefining nutrient control and reporting food and lifestyle influence upon environment. This paper shows the correlations of lifestyle and food choices for different people in some areas of the planet. To improve life quality and to be a sustainable people regarding the lifestyle and food that are chosen there have to be taken into consideration also the CO2 emissions. It is mandatory to reduce and control CO2 emissions, not only by cleaner transportation, but also by eating cleaner foods (fewer animals). The present lifestyle is risky, because it has a great impact on health. The carcinogenic pathologic aspect linked to the meat eating societies is amplified by other factors. The present paper links the CO2 emissions with food production. It is a general problem based on each individual choice and requires education and knowledge.

The research paper outlines significant aspects, equipment and technologies for gas analyze and pollution reporting with carbon dioxide and some of the health issues. In the present study are analyzed some trends of a particular pollutant gas emission, namely the carbon dioxide and its relation with the environment. Carbon dioxide is concentrated in great amounts in the combustion gas polluted environment, with great exhaust gas emissions. The present study outlines the high importance of knowing and comprehending each effect of the pollutant and various correlations. The main objective of the present paper is to improve upon environment by developing and defining control of pollutant emissions. This research paper presents the monitoring possibility of carbon dioxide in specific conditions. To reach a high quality environment and healthier beings, it is necessary to make some strong arguments and to define methodologies for controlling dioxide emissions. It is very risky for environment to pollute the atmosphere, because it has a great impact on future evolution trend. The present paper shows the equipment and real measurements for internal combustion engines emissions. The present study enriches the know how in carbon dioxide anthropic emission management with devices and proper methods. It is an important problem to be solved in order to control and reduce carbon dioxide at a proper level for better life conditions working with trans-disciplinary methods.

ANALITIC CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE LINK BETWEEN AIR POLLUTION WITH BENZENE AND NASOPHARYNGEAL CANCER
The analytic paper presents the important aspects and relations for reporting the benzene pollutant emissions and some carcinogenic effects. In the present work are outlined some aspects of a particular molecular mixture between 6 atoms of carbon and 6 atoms of hydrogen, namely the benzene and its influence on health state. Benzene is a carcinogen for humans, class A1 of toxicity. Cancers affecting the respiratory tract, including both nasopharyngeal cancer and lung cancer, are strongly associated with pollution from coal and other solid fuel burning. Tobacco has been viewed as the major risk for respiratory cancers and it is an important source of benzene. Preventive steps to curtail the many sources of air pollution by improving living conditions and reducing the occupational exposure hazards are markedly needed to control the incidence of respiratory cancers.
This article presents the state of the art knowledge regarding benzene and its influence. It is a carcinogenic pollutant, because it has a high level of toxicity. The negative carcinogenic effect compared with other factors is accelerated when paired with multiple pollutants. The present paper enriches the knowledge regarding benzene emission reporting by using latest technologies in environment impact control. This has to be a global effort based on multidisciplinary approaches.

Promoters and investors look interested in pragmatically oriented actions and strategies. They are interested about moral values and ideology, but also in resources of production, since plant based food costs less and the health impact positively correlated with it. In these conditions the data published in the present research paper and the showed statistics, as well as the study method and Vegan specific aspects are working to fulfill those expectations of interested people, as well as to prepare the academic and business class.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF CO2 EMISSION IN RELATION WITH TRAVELED DISTANCE AND FUEL CONSUMPTION FOR MITSUBISHI L200 AUTOMOBILE ON THE CLUJ-PITEȘTI ROAD
The present experimental paper makes an endeavor in the specific average fuel consumption and carbon foot print in road traffic situation on a track between Cluj-Napoca and Pitești cities. There is no specific study correlated with this topic concerning the average fuel consumption values and carbon foot print for the 2.5 dm3 engine from the Mitsubishi L200. Today, using off road vehicles and SUV-s is a common practice in many areas. The effective average Diesel fuel consumption recording facilitates the carbon footprint evaluation with online software app regarding the traveled distance and level of pollution. Studying the average effective fuel consumption of the compression ignited engine from Mitsubishi L200 generates the possibility to diminish and control carbon foot print during exploitation, as well as the underline for optimal traveling speed. This practical ”in traffic” research is developed while testing the vehicle’s behavior regarding average effective fuel consumption through engine electronic module to gain experimental data. The recorded values are stored for different operation conditions, on planned trip.

APPLIED RESEARCH ON SOME DATA REGARDING AIR QUALITY IN MĂRĂȘTI AREA FROM CLUJ-NAPOCA CITY
The applied research and development strategies presents the significant factors, methods and materials used into the evaluation process, analyse actions and reporting procedures of the road traffic and anthropic activities. Thus in this present work it is taken into consideration the air quality in a specific road junction with high values of road traffic in order to improve on the environmental air status report. The best solution would be to have high air quality, but this goal is difficult to be reached out when there is high level of friction, high composite materials in motion and most of all when there are chemical pollutants issued out by the most diverse range of vehicles out there. The situation and even analyse it’s too costly and difficult due to the intricate structure of air quality dynamics nearby public roads. To improve the general attitude and people’s knowledge the present applied study hits and analyse some aspects concerning the air pollution dynamics and measurement automation that saves time, improve health and environmental protection strategies. The practical measurements, materials, methods and technical data are a part of an integrated system useful for enhancing and controlling air quality in real and central areas of the Cluj-Napoca city. The values are collected in different day and night intervals in order to facilitate a better understanding of gas composition dynamics. The tropospheric overload in high road traffic junction is due especially to nitric oxides. The pollutant factors have to be researched and documented in order to facilitate its optimized control.

The statistical research paper shows the important aspects, instruments and methods for analyze and monitoring the relation of wealth and health with their influence on the environment. Everybody wants to gain wealth and to have health, but that is not so simple, having a great toll on entire life. In the present paper there are presented some aspects of a particular idea, namely the influence which has the wealth on the health, considering production and marketing capacity. Our country is small when it comes of its surface, number of inhabitants or production capacity in comparison with most developed countries. The present paper underlines the statistics considering the wealth of a country or region influence upon health status. The richest countries in the world aren’t the healthiest ones. The economics took over all the sectors and everybody searching only for profit they forgot the fact that this gold rush has a great negative impact on their health. The carcinogenic influence of animal and high processed products compared with the organic plant based ones is amplified when is coupled with industry and urban pollution. The present paper shows interdisciplinary data considering animal production in Cluj and the potential for health impact, especially the negative one concerning consumerism and wealth spending when economical engineering is developing and people buy more.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO STATISTICAL ANALISIS OF AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR AND TRANSPORT POTENTIAL ON NATIONAL AND LOCAL LEVEL
The statistical analyze made in this paper shows the significant aspects, values and potential for development and investments in transport sector on national and local levels in Romania, with consideration of their influence also on the environment. The transport is one of the most developed activities developed by humans. It affects everybody and also the environment as a whole. Our country is focusing right now on transport activities, because since 2007, after integration there are increasing preoccupations for import and export activities. Predominantly importing materials and goods needs a lot of transportation to be made. Also people traveling between countries also need transportation and vehicles to do these trips. Many companies have been developed in the last 2 decades in order to meet these requirements of the market. There are no studies to show how far has been gone with this transportation development and which is the trend. The economics is close related to the transport activity or else it would not be done. The environmental impact is also great with high transportation activities, even if there are newer vehicles registered every year. The present paper shows the vehicle registration both in Cluj and on national level for different types of vehicles, especially those which are negatively impacting the environment and the economic activities, the market and society.

DESIGN AND CONTROL OF A MOBILE ROBOT OF EXPLORATION, USING VIRTUAL REALITY AS
A SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT
The scientific paper summarizes an experimental work which is about at creating a virtual reality application for a mobile exploration robot, using Unity 5 program for virtual reality (VR) environment. The task of the mobile exploration robot is collecting samples on the surface of a ground, and these samples are then placed in an enclosure with the help of a robotic arm, the robot being controlled by a joystick.

ANALYZE OF THE PRACTICAL ASPECTS CONCERNING THE ENERGETIC MANAGEMENT IN THE CASE OF SPECIFIC SIMPTOMS FOR THE START
SYSTEM FROM TOYOTA AVENSIS
The present paper presents in known technical terms and methods from practical operations the problematic aspects concerning the energy supply to the start system from Toyota Avensis 1.6 MPI car. After a period of optimal functionality, the start system shows signs of bad operation and some symptoms occur which lead to the questioning of the electric energy management regarding the starting procedure. The worst situation is if the thermal engine suddenly stops in the street and after this there is no possibility to restart it in that moment. First the battery is replaced just to make sure there is enough energy supply. But the problem reappears. Analysing the power supply system allows us to get the insight of the procedure and also to develop a strategy in solving the problem by studying the specific symptoms. The present paper aims the goal of outlining the symptoms and problematic aspects related to the energy management in the start system of Toyota Avensis.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF SEMIOZIC ASPECTS OF THE POWER-TRAIN SYSTEM FROM OPEL ASTRA G
The experimental research work presents the steps and important readings in diagnosis of the energy supply system of the 1.6 gasoline engine from Opel Astra G. Electrical systems are friendly to use and offer a high comfort when they work properly, but when are broken a lot of problems and discomfort appears. The present case consists in solving or discovering the main problem of the system because the engine will not start normally but very difficult. The analyzed car had some difficulties with the electric system (when turning on the engine), rotation would appear but no consistent working. Some faults were highlighted but ”engine starting” still was difficult to be done properly. The semiotic aspects were managed and the electrical system was closely scanned in order to perfectly define the errors.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF CO2 EMISSION IN RELATION WITH FUEL LEVEL AT 1.3 ENGINE FROM SUZUKI SWIFT AT 0 °C EXTERIOR TEMPERATURE
The present applied experimental paper determines, with the latest software equipment available online, the carbon dioxide emission level related to specific average fuel consumption (which depends on the accelerator pedal position) and driving conditions in real traffic on a usual road track between Cluj-Napoca and Alba Iulia. There are no particular studies related to this specific topic concerning the fuel consumption level and carbon dioxide emissions of the 1.3 dm3 engine from the Suzuki Swift. Nowadays are many similar vehicles in the small class on the roads in EU countries.
The fuel consumption control influences the carbon dioxide emission management with electronic online module regarding the carbon foot-print, energy efficiency and level of pollution. Analyzing the fuel specific consumption of the petrol engine from Suzuki Swift creates the opportunity to optimize carbon dioxide emissions, as well as other environmental controls. This experimental research is developed while testing the electronic management system regarding specific fuel consumption through engine control unit to acquire testing data. The actual values are recorded in different driving conditions, on average range.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF THE ON-BOARD
GRAPHIC-DIGITAL REPRESENTATION OF ECONOMICAL-ENERGETICAL MANAGEMENT REGARDING THE HIDROCARBONS CONSUMPTION AT TOYOTA AVENSIS
The present paper shows in usual technical terms and specifications from practical testing the significant aspects concerning the consumption and energetic management from Toyota Avensis 1.6 MPI 2003 model year. After operating in mixt driving conditions both urban and extra-urban cycles the data was collected concerning the distance of travel, mileage, average fuel medium consumption and momentary fuel consumption.
Also was recorded even vehicle’s average traveling speed. Analysing the obtain and recorded data by the management system for fuel supply and from on-board graphical-digital display units and equipment there have been possible to determine even the carbon foot print by three distinct methods.
The tolerance between all three methods of carbon foot print determinations ranged from 1.5 % to approximately 60% due to the fact that the worst case scenario was calculated on the assumption all the fuel turned in CO2 (which is not a feasible idea).

RESEARCH OF WEAR CAUSING FACTORS AND LUBRICANT CHARACTERISTICS IN CASE OF BIO-FUEL SUPPLY TO THE AGRICULTURE MACHINE’S ENGINE
Lubricants and fuels are used in over a billion machines. All of them are used in different operating regimes. Because the viscosity and density of engine’s fluids are different in each case, operating conditions are significantly changed. This idea underlines the specific engine operating conditions when performing actual tasks in agriculture. The fuel-lubricant interaction study leads to solutions regarding the wear problem. Experiments show the problems and also the optimal solutions. Agricultural machine lubrication takes part in determining the reliability and durability. Biofuel-adds in commercial fuel is now common practice and an actual task on agricultural engineering is machines life span. Biodiesel may be used alone or in mixtures with other fuels, either fossil diesel or alternative solutions. The content of biodiesel in commercial fuels throughout the European Union is under 15 percent, but it is supposed to increase toward 20 percent. So, we have to analyse the influence that biodiesel has in lubrication and in component wear. In this study were developed experiments concerning the biofuel use and influence on lubricants in various situations, determined by complex analyse of available data from applied research. There were changes in carbon deposits and quality of lubrication. Biodiesel influenced the lubricant composition.

ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE IMPLEMENTED IN RALLY VEHICLES PENTRU INCREASING ENERGETIC
EFFICIENCY IN COMPETITIONS
The present work summarized in a scientific paper presents the results of an applied research on specific aspects in the artificial intelligence and energy efficiency during real time measurements on a rally car. Energy management when injecting fuel in the engine and other significant parameters are monitored and recorded in a rally competition.
Close analyse of the injection duty, air temperature and barometric pressure, in different regimes, with computing and networking equipment coupled to the intelligent control module via cable connection. There are outlined the energy management operation and the main injection duty cycle, energy supply and the ignition timing of the rally car. Tests on the engine’s intelligent systems of the rally vehicle are made in the national rally competitions that are in the field of motor-sport. It is an entry level for artificial intelligence but operates properly with mechanical components.
The present paper shows the development of testing artificial intelligence related to the energy efficiency management and ignition timing systems and their correlation with other smart control checks in rally working conditions.

ACIDS FROM OILS AND OTHER SOURCES FOR
MODERN UTILITARY APPLICATIONS
The present research points out, in specific technical concepts and strategies from engineering expertise, the problematic aspects concerning the use of fatty acids as energy source in some cases when it is not indicated and even a bad idea. After analysing thoroughly Gary Yourofsky’s lectures and essays regarding his views on various important topics we have initiated a study concerning fatty acids as sources for energy. Having an expertise in industrial type of oils use we could expand the interdisciplinary study after considering Gary’s ideas in a cross referencing approach with results of Dr. John Mcdougall, Dr. Collin Campbell, Dr. Neal Barnard, Dr. Joel Kahn, Dr. Nick Delgado, Dr. Michael Klapper, Dr. Garth Davis, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, Dr. Michael Greger. The fatty acids are some of the most important sources of energy on our planet, especially when they are used as fuel for multiple existing thermal machines. In our laboratory we use oils for Diesel engines as fuel or as an insulator for energy convertors, as well as lubricant or as transmission fluid. By a chemical process of trans-esterification oils are transformed in biodiesel. Link between machinery use of fatty acids and human use as food is important to be considered. In this paper are synthesized some of the data acquired till this moment regarding the energy potential of fatty acids for modern applications. Between food use of oils and fuel for combustion processes, as well as insulator or hydraulic fluid, there is a lot of consideration to be made.

RESEARCHING THE IMPLEMENTATION AT ON-BOARD LEVEL OF MERCEDES E CLASS COUPE VEHICLES OF ESENTIAL INFORMATIONS CONCERNING
FUEL-ECONOMY IN OPERATION
The present scientific research develops a practical endeavor on the infotainment packages presented through graphical images and numerical data at on-board level in Mercedes E Class Coupe as a modern solution for vehicles. Analyzing the existing technological solution available on the upper level class of luxury cars may be facilitated improvement and optimization in the whole automotive sector.
Today automotive products are studied in order to improve their evolution and performance from state of the art to a better adapted version in the future production. That determines the designers and the researchers to combine all knowledge available in the science and data transfer.
The significance of researching the dash-board graphical representations is based on the necessity of adequate optimization of important data presentation and infotainment, which is handy for the occupants on board.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXPRIMENTAL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOME ADVANCED METHODS FOR ANALYZE AND REPORT THE ROAD EVENTS
The experimental research and development work searches the significant factors, methods and materials in order to redefine the evaluation, analyze and reporting the car crashes and roads events. Thus in this present paper are considered few aspects of a particular road event that are analyzed with unconventional methods after the crash took place in order to improve on the report. The best way is that an accident never takes place but it is too idealistic due to the intricate structure of real traffic on public roads. So in order to improve the overall safety and awareness the prospective work shows some aspects that by analyze and automation could save time, energy and even life or protect health of living beings. The materials, methodology and result are able to be integrated in data bases and post-used for better understanding and redefining tools in real and virtual crash test technical inspection and analyze.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE PROCEDURE STUDY OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE HOMOLOGATION IN TRANSITION AGE
In the first stage the objective is to improve traffic and decrease noise and vibrations, but also meanwhile the technological megatrends have directed the research and development towards the grater energy efficiency, higher output, improved road safety and lower waste in human society.
To reach all these significant objectives in electric vehicle development it is mandatory to increase the number of clean and digital controlled systems in the urban area. In the near future stage (in space-time), electrical and smart cars will be fully operational and completelly developed for most common transportation tasks. The standards for type approval in various economies are studied in this paper. The actual research applied to the homologation procedure as well as the data obtained by collecting, centralizing and analyzing all found norms and regulations facilitated the developing of procedures. Homologation process is started as soon as car-development is finished and detailed.
A successful procedure is to be fulfilled when there is a type approval for each component, for each system or part or equipment or assembly before the whole vehicle is put to be type approved at RAROM. The present paper and the specific documents that are refered to in it, may nowadays be considered as a strong basis for developing and initiating the homologation procedure.

THE STUDY OF IMPLEMENTATION LEVEL OF ELECTRIC ENERGY SUPPLY STATIONS FOR AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES IN METROPOLITAN AREA OF CLUJ-NAPOCA
The present study makes an analysis in the actual level of implementation and operating specs regarding the electrical energy supply stations for automotive fleet in the metropolitan area of Cluj-Napoca. Using all the available material in mentioned area were determined the places specifically built to allow vehicle charging. Also there were estimated the major players in the field at the present moment and for the next five years at least in the region. The importance of monitoring the electricity supply stations and the important players in the field at different levels consists in the fact that these vectors have a great influence on the technic-social movement and automotive marketing trend in the near future, which consequently will further determine the air pollution on one hand and road safety on the other hand. Further improvement and cloning of the electric energy supply stations for road e-vehicles are considered.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF INCREASING ENERGY EFICIENCY THROUGH THE CONTROL OF FRICTION IN ROLLER BEARINGS
OF THE WHEEL TRAIN FROM DACIA SOLENZA
The present study shows in known technical concepts and methods from experimental testing the problematic aspects concerning the friction in wheel train from Dacia Solenza 1.4 MPI car. After symptoms appearance with noises when cornering at some speeds the diagnostic procedure was applied and the wheel bearings with increased wear level were detected and changed. The worst case scenario is when the wheel bearing is so advanced in degradation than stops the wheel from turning leading to higher damages of the wheel train of the vehicle. Analysing the situation in the present case it was outlined that after some kilometres travelled in various conditions and monitoring the noise emission and type of vibration with decibel meter microphone and stethoscopes rear wheel has problems. The development of present paper shows the simplified procedure of replacing the wheel bearing on vehicle Dacia Solenza. First is a theoretical description of the problematic situation and there are located the wheel bearings in general terms and then there are presented the main components of the wheel train. Finally there is a short description of the simplified method for the wheel bearing exchange on the studied vehicle.

APPLIED STUDY ON TECHNOLOGICAL PHASES OF REPAIRING AND PRECLUDING OF SOME SIMPTOMATIC ASPECTS IN THE CASE OF HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM FROM DACIA SOLENZA
The present applied study highlights, in usual technical terms and strategies from practical expertize, the problematic aspects concerning the brake friction in operating surfaces of drum and brake shoes from Dacia Solenza. After a period of testing, inspecting and diagnosing the noise and operational behavior an applied endeavor was initiated. This was the initiating point for the present experimental study in order to manage the data and to record a contribution to practical experience. The braking system is one of the most important safety systems on the vehicle especially in relation with the steering system. Its performance and predictable operation is the basis of every safe journey and transports of material goods. Occasionally it is going not so well or as expected and during these periods of time it makes the ride unpleasant and unsafe. There is a know-how needed in order to preclude these problematic aspects in operation and to restore the safety level to acceptable. In this paper is synthesized the applied part of brake study and repair process in the case of Dacia Solenza.

ANALYZIS THROUGH TESTING OF SUSPENSION’S HARSHNESS WITH HELICAL SPRINGS AND HYDRAULIC DAMPERS IN THE CASE OF BMW E46 318D 115 HP 265 Nm LIMOUSINE MOTOR VEHICLE ON A ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED TEST BENCH
The present research work highlights the measurements made on suspension, vibrations and harshness aspects on BMW E46 318D vehicle limousine using an electronically controlled test bed. Many companies and laboratories seek pragmatically directed research in automotive fields and knowing such thing here is developed an experimental study on a real street car. In this case it is analyzed the behavior of suspension system concerning harshness, showing that the mass placement influences the suspension system behavior.
The problem of suspension influences is a serious one and the objective of the present study is to gain results and an insight of the oscillations damping process. The research methodology and specific objectives are oriented to bring the specific parameters and the research goal to open access.

SEMIOTIC RESEARCH OF VIBRATIONS AND
IRREGULAR IDLE RUNING SYSTEM
FROM OPEL ZAFIRA
The semiotic research paper searches the causal factors, sequences and significant symptoms in diagnosis process of the vibrations and engine irregular idle running in the case of Opel Zafira. The symptoms, after some instalments were made, consisted in irregularly running, low level vibrations and communication errors. The main objective of the present research is to determine the causal factor for all the recorded symptoms during the abnormal operation. The present paper searches to solve or to discover the only problem of the power-train system because the engine runs irregularly abnormal in idle speed and presents some vibrations. The result is related to procedures done at some point in time on the auxiliary systems.

This research paper outlines the tests made on suspension, vibrations and harshness aspects in correlation with BMW E46 320D motor vehicle limousine on a digital controlled testing bench. Economic units and workshops look positively toward utilitarian directed research from applied modules and academic activities (especially in automotive fields). Thus is the case with the characteristics of suspension system’s harshness when comes to the motor vehicles, specifically the BMW. Taking the problem seriously the aim of the present research paper and the targeted system is suspension and its harshness when tested in a specialized workshop. The research method and specific objectives are directed to reach these specific goals and the study expectations from academic community.

RESEARCHING THE TURBO-CHARGER WITH THE

The present paper shows in specific technical concepts and methods from engineering perspective the problematic aspects concerning the turbocharger construction, problems and operation. After presenting the schematic construction and operation a testing sequence it’s considered. Analyzing the boost-pressure in relation with driving speed, engine temperature, engine speed and other parameters it allows the observer to gain the mathematical correlation between different working conditions. The development of present study aims to the stage of understanding and proper interpretation of the symptoms and problematic aspects related to the turbocharger and gas dynamics on Dacia Logan k9k792 Diesel engine.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ELECTRONIC DIESEL CONTROL (EDC) SYSTEM OPERATION IN RELATION WITH N47 ENGINE LOAD FROM BMW 320D (E90) AUTOMOBILE
AT CONSTANT TEMPERATURE AND SPEED
The present experimental paper evaluates, with the latest applications in the field, the operational parameters regarding accelerator pedal position and voltage from its sensors. There are no studies related to this specific topic concerning the electronic diesel control and other operating parameters of the N47 engine in the BMW 320d known as model E90. Today are many similar vehicles on the roads in our country.
The load control influences the electronic diesel control module regarding the power, energy efficiency and pollution. Analysing the electronic control commands of the diesel engine from BMW offers a possibility to improve fuel economy, as well as other related performances.
This experimental research is conducted while testing the electronic accelerator through diesel control module to acquire practical data. The real values are recorded, on total range and then discussed upon.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF BRAKING SYSTEM FROM BMW 3 SERIES
The present work makes an endeavor in the experimental testing procedures on the security and maximum forces developed by the braking system from BMW 3 series. Using the brake tester there were determined the maximum forces on each wheel of every axle in order to outline the braking efficiency. The importance for monitoring the braking forces at different wheels and axles consists in the effect that these forces have on the security of road travels and on the possibility of controlling their value. Further improvement of the testing considers the vehicle load.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF PROBLEMATIC SIMPTOMS OF THE COMMONRAIL DELPHI SYSTEM FROM THE 1.5 DCI K9K792 ENGINE OF DACIA-RENAULT LOGAN
The experimental research paper shows the elements and important values in applied study of the injection system testing in the case of 1.5 dCi engine from Dacia Logan. Compression ignited engines are more economically efficient due to their higher compression ratio and injection procedure. They are very attractive due to their fuel efficiency. They are also more expensive than gasoline engines and more pollutant concerning the particles and exhausted smoke. The monitored car had some problems with the injection system (control unit, high pressure pump and injectors). Some components were replaced but ”on-board light” still turns on from time to time indicating errors in injection assembly. The symptoms were grouped and the electrical circuit closely inspected and the faults were repeatedly identified.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF THERMODISTRIBUTION SPECTRUM ON THE AUXILIARY SYSTEMS OF THE FORD 1.6 L
ENGINE IN TESTECOCEL LABORATORY
The present work follows an endeavor in the experimental testing procedures on the thermal management and heat distribution spectrum in auxiliary systems of spark ignited engine from Ford. Using the thermal camera there were determined the peak temperatures on the engine and exhaust system. Main objective of the paper is to show by thermal vision how heat spectrum is covering the critical components. The importance of monitoring the thermo-distribution spectrum at different levels and components from auxiliary systems consists in the fact that the heat and peak temperatures have an influence on the performance and on the catalyst de-clogging. Further improvement of the measurements and testing are considered by implementing more bio-ethanol in fuel supply system.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE RESEARCH OF INSPECTION PROCEDURE FOR THE COMMON-RAIL INJECTORS IN THE CASE OF 1.8 TDCI ENGINE FROM FORD FOCUS
The present research work develops a practical procedure of inspection sequence for the case of injectors and injection system as a whole to sketch the important steps required. Construction and operational analyze is also important as well as engine control parameters, main injection, temperature and symptomatic behavior, in specific conditions, but here it’s most highlighted the inspection procedure. By using injector monitoring equipment connected to the electronic control unit of the engine via digital interface. Thus are pointed out the fuel amount, fuel pressure and the injector behavior from the Ford Focus engine (1.8 TDCi Turnier/DNW/85.0 kW) with common-rail injection system. Significance and opportunity for inspecting the injectors from Ford Focus 1.8 TDCI is based on recurrence of the symptoms regarding power loss and engine problems in operation. Realizing the present paper leads to a goal of highlighting a problem related to the fuel system components as injectors from the common-rail compression ignited engine in particular working conditions.

STUDY OF IMPLEMENTING POSSIBILITY FOR THE COMPUTER AIDED EVALUATION IN ANALYZING COMMON-RAIL DELPHI INJECTORS
The present applied research shows in usual technical terms and engineering methods from experimental computer aided evaluation some tips and results in injector analyze and testing. After designing a new method for computer aided evaluation of the Delphi injectors some results were acquired. Analyzing the injection system and fuel amount in exploitation conditions allows the researcher to gain some important insight in the defining the problems with operating state of each component. The research development aims toward the problem of easy and rapid evaluation of the injector’s symptoms and operational aspects related to the regime and Delphi management systems on vehicles.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF NOISE SPECTRUM ON THE 1.6 L FORD ENGINE IN TESTECOCEL LABORATORY WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES IN AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING
The present paper develops a research plan and specialized protocols in the noise determination process on the spark ignited engine with 1.6 liters displacement installed in TESTECOCEL laboratory. The high-tech equipment and test-bed allows researchers to measure a wide span of parameters in operation while simulating in real time some drive maneuvers. During this sequence beside many other determinations there were recorded some actual values concerning engine noise emissions at different crankshaft speeds. The importance for monitoring the noise level at different operating regimes consists in the effect that sounds has on the living beings, on the environment and even upon the road travel security. Further tests and improvements of the noise control are also considered in the engine operation and study.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO APPLIED RESEARCH OF THE START SYSTEM FROM DACIA LOGAN IN ORDER TO OUTLINE
THE SIMPTOMATIC ASPECTS
The present study outlines the problems which may appear with the starter system in the case of vehicles in exploitation. After many starting procedures the starter motor wear out and doesn’t work properly, making the vehicle use and pre-operation sequences more and more difficult. The worst case scenario is when starter stops suddenly in the middle of a junction without symptoms and as an aggravating aspect with impossibility to restart immediately. Analyzing the starting system and complex assembly of components allows the engineers to obtain some significant knowledge in the intricate character of optimal functionality in order to develop proper know-how and skills in repairing the system or solving the problem once it has appeared. The development of present work has the purpose to define the starting system and the methods for saving energy and time in the process of application or switching the engine’s turn on procedures. The paper experimental part points out some of the significant symptoms and problems related to the electric starter motor and internal combustion engine starting system on Dacia Logan sedan.

STUDIES AND RESEARCHES OF THE NON-ALCOHOLIC STEATOHEPATITIS ON THE BASIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL FACTORS WITH CONCERN IN ENERGETIC AND LIQUIDS CONSUMPTION
The present scientific article shows among other aspects also the state of the art on non-alcoholic-steato-hepatitis (NASH) and its diagnosis procedure, clinical course, evolution prognosis and therapeutic options available today. It may be pointed out that NASH is a benign although serious disease that has little to do with alcohol but which may lead ultimately to cirrhosis. Environmental factors due to pollution influence may have a contribution in this, as well as the behaviour and education. The present paper review some studies concerning the NASH conditions in the western world and in the same time analyses the relation between environmental state and the disease progress. The paper points out an applied effort on the environmental pollution problem impact on health.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE APPLIED RESEARCH OF EFFECTS FROM SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION DUE TO ROAD TRAFFIC UPON EYES’ ANATOMY AND PATHOLOGY DEVELOPMENT
Air pollution due to road traffic and all automotive related industries influence the natural characteristics and composition of the earth’s atmosphere. Surrounding environmental pollution due to excessive road traffic is nowadays an important determining factor in health development and stability. Pollutants of major public health concern include particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), ozone (O3), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and sulphur dioxide (SO2) according to the World Health Organization (WHO). The present scientific article reviews some applied studies that investigated the adverse effects of air pollution on the ocular surface and also presents some SO2 experimental data recorded in Cluj-Napoca city in recent years. The paper summarizes an experimental work on the problem of pollution impact upon human health.

Designing and testing the coupling solution of a trailer at the hook of utility all terrain vehicle CF MOTO 500-2A
All-Terrain Vehicles are today quite popular and often known both as entertaining systems as well as utility equipment. The scientific paper shows a small contribution to the design and implementation of a practical solution for coupling the trailer to the ATV tow. There was used a dynamometric sensor in order to measure the inertial forces during braking process in various conditions of driving the ATV CF MOTO 500-2A, considering all the time accelerating and decelerating manoeuvres in the case of trailer towing, when a traction mass is placed on the vehicle’s hook, due to the attached trailer. The importance of studying the kinematic and dynamic aspects of ATV’s driving process resides in significance that the trailer inertia force has on the road train during some driving manoeuvres of cornering, decelerating and accelerating.

OF PISTON-rings WEARNESS from
Ford Focus Fydd 1.6 s.i.e.
The present paper synthesis experimental testing procedures on the specific task of piston-ring technical state determination in the case of spark ignited engine from Ford Focus 1.6 16v Turnier, code DNW 74 kW. Piston-rings construction and operation, as well as its specific working-surface configuration, materials, dimensions and lubrication procedure, in various thermo-mechanical loading regimes, are essential in influencing the engine’s life-expectance. In this paper are presented the piston-rings construction and their measured dimensions at the end of exploitation period of a spark ignited engine from Ford Focus. The importance for monitoring the piston-ring dimensions at different locations and directions consists in the possibility of controlling their wear-ness.

Pistons structure and behaviour, as well as its specific configuration, material, dimensions and lubrication, in various working situations, are essential in generating the engine’s performances. In this work are highlighted the piston elements and their dimensions analyse for an in-use group of components from the Ford Focus spark ignited engine (1.6 16v Turnier/DNW/74 kW). The importance for measuring the piston diameter at different levels and directions consists in the fact of outlining its wear-ness.

Contributions to the experimental research of ELECTRONIC DIESEL CONTROL (EDC) MODULe operation in relation with supply of the n47 engine from BMW 320d (e90) automobile
The present scientific paper analyzes through latest technologies in the field the operation parameters obtained in practical measurements. There are few detailed studies related to the problem of the electronic diesel control operating parameters of the N47 engine in the model E90, also known as BMW 320d on the available international data bases. There are many such vehicles on the roads in EU, and USA. The electronic diesel control module has a significant influence on the eco-performances (fuel efficiency and carbon-foot-print). Testing the electronic control systems on BMW diesel engines offers solutions and important ideas for optimizing their environmental pollution and fuel savings, while the operation will not be influenced. This paper is developed by testing the electronic diesel control system in order to gain an insight in its operation. The actual values are captured, close analyzed and interpreted.

Experimental researches of the operational problems concerning the power supply system for the ACID battery from Dacia solenza
The present paper express in available technical terms and means of an experimental research concerning problematic aspects of the power supply system from Dacia Solenza 1.4 MPI vehicle in relation with liquid acid accumulator on board.
After cold starts of the internal combustion engine some unusual engine speed fluctuations occur which destabilize the proper operation for the first minutes in cold running of the vehicle.
The worst case scenario is when engine stops suddenly in the middle of a street junction without any previous major signs and as a bonus without any possibility to restart immediately. Analysing the power supply system and differential potential allows the researcher to gain some significant insight in the process and to develop important knowledge (as know-how) and arguments in solving the problem once and for all.
The development of present research aims toward the goal of pointing out the symptoms and problematic aspects related to the power supply and management systems on vehicle Dacia Solenza.

Contributions to experimental research OF technical state of suspension and of its influence upon confort and adherence to the road surface for opel corsa vehicle
The experimental work presented in this paper shows some of the achievements during practical testing of the suspension system and wheel train in order to gain information on their influence upon adherence or road contact stability. The experimental tests were conducted in order to point out the influence of suspension springs, tires and dampers on the adherence and road contact between tires and sustaining surface. There were examined the weight axle and suspension efficiency on each wheel of the vehicle during vibration of the testing plates. In the experimental work are also specified the main vehicle components and the suspension test-bed infrastructure in order to gain further more quality and definition of the practical procedure. The opportunity and main significance of testing the suspension quality at different vibration frequencies and for each wheel of the two vehicle’s axles in order to point out adherence level is based on the capacity of test-bed and on the importance of vibration influences in vehicle’s over-all performance.

researching the dYsfunctional aspects concerning diesel particle filter (DPF) IN CASE OF DACIA LOGAN E5 1.5dCI ENGINE
This short technical paper shows the outlines of an applied study concerning dysfunctional aspects of the diesel particle filter from after-treatment system behaviour and a specific problematic component analyse, in specific working scenarios, with engine data acquisition equipment linked to engine control module. Analyse of after-treatment equipment allows us to gain valuable knowledge.
The development of present paper aims toward the goal of pointing out the symptoms and dysfunctional aspects related to the exhaust management system and diesel particle filter on vehicle power-train.

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES CONCERNING THE CLOGGING level OF DIESEL PARTICLE
FILTER (DPF) AFTER 45000 KM IN CASE
OF K9K892 E5 1.5DCI ENGINE
This experimental research paper is pointing out the main ideas of a practical test concerning clogging degree of the diesel particle filter from gas exhaust system, in operation mode, with engine scanner and data processing devices connected to on board diagnosis module. Knowledge concerning the after-treatment processes of exhausted emissions from an internal combustion engine is extremely valuable in configuring a strategy for harmonious and sustainable living on the planet Earth. The main concept of present paper aims to the process of monitoring and measurement of parameters defining the clogging degree of a specific diesel particle filter from k9k892 euro 5 compression ignited engine with displacement capacity of 1.5 liters. The experimental determinations are developed in real time and after a medium operation interval – specifically which is 45000 km on the roads.

Contributions to applied research OF kinematic-phenomenological aspects of PISTON-rings for compression ignited engine used in agriculture and automotive industry
The present scientific paper synthesizes an applied work on the engineering task of piston-ring displacement modelling and simulation in the case of an internal combustion engine for agricultural application. Piston-rings configuration and displacement, as well as their particular role in the whole assembly, materials, dimensions and lubrication process, in various working cases, are quite significant in influencing the engine’s performance and economy (oil consumption and pollution). In this paper are highlighted the piston-ring displacement modelling and their critical efforts analyse for an agricultural engine, defined on the bases Lombardini tractor engine (510 ccm). The opportunity and importance of modelling the piston-rings movement at different levels and cases in the operational cycle lay on the possibility of highlighting their stresses and predict work expectancy.

Contributions to the experimental research of exhaust system influence upon performances in the case of Daewoo Matiz vehicle
The present experimental research points out a complete work of testing the exhaust pipe and after-treatment systems for a modern spark engines with different components, by evaluating the phenomenology and few parameters. There is a fact that the gas exhaust system construction and operation has an influence upon the gas flow and also on the engine behaviour. Testing the exhaust after-treatment systems may generate engineering improvement solutions in order to optimize the engine performance and hydrocarbon economy.
Nowadays in Europe the environmental issues and energy independence are very often priorities on the public and private agenda. The present paper research the issue of practical testing exhaust gas pipe-line and advances the solution of repair and evaluate existing components, with significant changes in dynamic performance and engine environmental impact. By restoring the after-treatment components in their original state the emissions are lowered.
